Computer diagnostics typically involve the use of software, hardware, part substitution, partial or complete disassembly, and knowledge accumulated over many years of experience.
Our diagnostics are not free! the fee for diagnostics is for the time, effort, and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis and is set as our minimum bench/service charge
If our diagnosis leads to the realization that the cost of repair exceeds the value of the computer diagnosed, we are honest and will advise you, the customer.

This diagnostic pricing is for the following standard PC's, (Desktops, Laptops, and Tablets)

XBox, Playstation, Etc.

Diagnostic - Gaming PC's / Gaming Laptops $99.95
If your device is sold as, or custom built as a gaming device you will need to pay this price for a more advanced diagnoses

Diagnostic - Apple Products $99.95
This includes (Macbook, Macbook Pros, iMacs, and iPads)

Diagnostic - Television $99.95
Includes all brand residential flat panel televisions

On-site Service Request $165.00
Requires Pre-Payment - includes trip charge, and one-hour of diagnostics. (additional time is billed in quarter-hour increments)

Express Service Fee $99.99
We stay busy and there will be customer work orders ahead of yours in the queue awaiting diagnostic or repair. Our express service does not place you in front of work orders already in the queue, as it would be unfair to those customers already waiting. Express service jobs will be serviced during our lunch break, or after hours when we are normally closed. The fee allows us to work late to get your workorder completed sooner.

Pickup /Delivery Service $34.95
We come to your residence, or place of business to pickup your device, and deliver the device back to you upon job completion.
